Born in USA, 1969

Professional and Freelance Photographer

Kym Trice, a Georgia native, began his journey with photography in early 2005 while being employed as the COO of a small graphic design firm.  During a late night stint at the office, he noticed a staff photographer conducting a photo shoot in the studio.  Kym was intrigued by the art and it captured his full attention. He observed for a few moments and eventually asked if he could take a few shots.

The photographer obliged, and at that moment he caught the photography bug. An immediate investment in a high quality digital SLR camera was secured and in his spare time he began taking candid shots all over town.  In an effort to sharpen his new found craft, he would offer to buy lunch for friends, family and whomever would oblige if they would give him 30 minutes of their time for photo shoots.

Kym continued to enhance his skills by networking with experienced photographers in the Atlanta and South Florida areas.  Kym Trice boasts a decade of experience in photography and graphic design and endeavors to make each photo tell its own story.

“The adage ‘a picture is worth a 1000 words’ has always been my inspiration.  In the beginning of my photography career, this inspired me to capture at least 1000 photos.  I met and surpassed this goal as I was striving to produce photos that would create memories, and tell my story as well as the stories of others.  I make every effort to capture all aspects of a subject with the intent of entering into the eye of the beholder.” ~Kym Trice
